When is Camp Taconic Retreats available for bookings?
Our retreat season runs from August through early October.

Camp Taconic spans over 100 acres of fields, forest, and lakefront — offering plenty of space for meetings, recreation, and relaxation.

What types of groups can book?
We host corporate teams, schools, athletic programs, weddings, family reunions, wellness retreats, and community groups. If you’re gathering people for connection or celebration, we can host it!

What kind of lodging is available?
Guests stay in modernized cabins and lodges with a mix of private and shared rooms. Each space offers clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a warm, camp-style atmosphere.

Do you provide linens and bedding?
Yes — we offer linen packages upon request or guests can bring their own, depending on your group’s needs.

Dining & Catering

Do you provide food service?
Yes! Our in-house culinary team prepares fresh, chef-crafted meals customized for your event — from corporate buffets to wedding dinners or late-night snacks by the fire.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We regularly serve vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive menus — just let us know in advance.

Can we bring in outside caterers?
Outside catering is available for weddings and select private events upon approval. Our team will coordinate logistics to make a seamless experience.

Events & Planning

Can we host a multi-day retreat or wedding weekend?
Yes — most of our events span two to three days. You’ll have exclusive access to the property, allowing for full customization of your schedule and setup.

Do you provide event coordination?
Yes. Our team assists with logistics, vendor coordination, scheduling, and activities, ensuring your event runs smoothly from arrival to departure.

Is alcohol permitted?
Yes, with appropriate licensing and approval. We can recommend licensed bartenders and beverage services for your event.

Activities & Recreation

What activities are available?
Guests can enjoy water sports, boating, swimming, athletic fields and courts, campfires, and a range of team-building programs. We can also customize activities to your group’s needs.

Can we bring our own facilitators or coaches?
